Confidential, non-judgemental, one-to-one support for headteachers and senior leaders

This package includes:

A free discovery conversation (usually via telephone or video call)

An initial face to face meeting to identify current challenges, existing strengths and priority goals

A sequence of follow-up sessions (recommended minimum of three) working to overcome challenges and find solutions that work for you. (These sessions can be in person or via video call.)

Headteachers and senior leaders new to post

Headteachers and senior leaders feeling weighed down by workload and the demands of others

Headteachers and senior leaders facing specific challenges such as managing staff conduct or capability procedures


Bravery to Brillance

Energising and enabling senior leadership teams

This package includes:

A free discovery conversation (usually via telephone or video call)

An initial meeting with the team to identify current challenges and existing strengths

A sequence of sessions (recommended minimum of three) which may include clarifying shared vision and values, understanding roles and accountability, evidence based identification of priorities and improvement planning.

Who is this for?

Newly formed senior leadership teams.

Teams working across MATs or other multi-setting organisations.

SLTs seeking looking to implement change or increase momentum.


Workload and Wellbeing

Working together to develop a whole school well-being strategy

This package includes:

A free discovery conversation (usually via telephone or video call)

A whole school solution focused coaching session, identifying barriers to wellbeing, priority areas to be improved and exploring solutions. 

Team strategy workshop sessions, coaching staff in small terms to thoroughly explore the details of the workload issues they face and how these can be overcome to enhance their well-being, enemy and effectiveness.

A whole school strategy agreement and 'buy-in' session

Review and refocus sessions (recommended minimum of three).

Complete Coaching Culture
